30 days to change your mind

Return an unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Some items (hygiene, personalised products) cannot be returned.

How

  1. From My account › Orders, open the order and choose “Return an item”.
  2. Give the reason; for a defect or a wrong item, attach a photo.
  3. We arrange the pickup or tell you the drop-off point.

Refund

Once the parcel is received and checked, the refund is issued within 7 days to your Wamia Wallet (instant) or your card. The return fee (14 DT) applies only to a change of mind.
