1. Who we are

Wamia is a Tunisian marketplace operated by Wamia SARL, Tunis. It connects professional shops with shoppers; every order is concluded with the shop named on the product page, while Wamia handles payment, logistics and customer care.

2. Orders

An order is firm once you receive the confirmation (SMS or e-mail) with its number. For pay-on-delivery orders we may call you to confirm before shipping.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Tunisian dinars, taxes included. Delivery fees are shown before you confirm. You can pay by card (ClicToPay), on delivery, or with your Wamia Wallet balance.

4. Delivery

We deliver to all 24 governorates. The delivery window shown at checkout is an estimate; we keep you posted by SMS.

5. Returns and refunds

You have 30 days after delivery to return an item in its original condition. See our return policy.
