Double-Sided Wooden Foot File

Double-sided foot files for skin

Very practical and effective item for exfoliating foot calluses. This grater is used to remove roughness from dead skin on the feet. It can also be used to remove rigid skin from the elbows.

Ergonomic, easy to handle and use. It consists of a very abrasive surface on one side and a smoothing emery surface on the other.

USAGE TIPS

1) Soak feet in a basin of hot water to soften calluses (about 10 minutes). You can add Dead Sea salt to the hot water, which offers dermatological benefits (fights fungus, warts).

2) Then, dry the feet thoroughly and rub the hard parts with a quick motion using the abrasive side. Then, to eliminate the last impurities and smooth the skin, use the emery side.

3) When you have finished exfoliating, coat your feet with a nourishing lavender dry foot balm to properly nourish the skin and restore its suppleness.

Your feet are prettier and you regain well-being and comfort while walking.
